I am an international educator, principal and consultant specializing in expert support for research-engaged innovations in teaching and learning and international accreditation processes.
I work with schools across the Middle East, Africa and Europe to support outstanding school development.
I am highly recommended by NEASC to support with ACE Learning, Standard and 8th Edition accreditation protocols.


I have 20 years of experience of working in education and youth services. I have held multiple senior leadership positions in UK schools and colleges and within international education.
I have led successful change management and strategic development processes in a wide range of areas - accreditation preparation, curriculum design, timetabling, quality assurance, student leadership and well-being.
As a teacher, I was awarded the Acer Teacher of the Year (Runner-up) prize in 2011/12.
I am committed to ongoing personal and professional growth through inquiry and research. I am currently involved in doctoral research on the extent to which learning 'impacts' are measurable within the ACE Learning accreditation protocol.
I live with my wife and three children in Bordeaux, France.
